In light of our upcoming election, we are hosting a gathering in the region to pray, decree and believe for the changes necessary in our nation. God has made known His heart’s desire for Canada through many Prophetic Words throughout our nation’s history – some dating back to 1776.  Let the Ekklesia rise in power, authority and fear of the Lord.

Election update + prayer points

As we continue to move towards the election, we encourage you to keep you ear to the ground for prayer strategy and send us what you’re hearing so we can keep our regional family in the loop. We also encourage you to follow MY Canada for up-to-date information and how you can be involved in the coming days. As of today, there are 43 days left until the October election and it is no co-incidence that we have entered the Hebrew month of Elul. This is the last month before the Hebrew “New Year” which will be ushered in at sundown on September 30th.  God has great things for us ahead!  It has been prophesied that we would be a nation that leads and brings healing to the nations. But we need to be saved, healed and delivered first before being a model for others. One more push to birth the new.  Phil 4:13  - We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!

This month has many key components in preparing us for the upcoming election. Let’s align with the timetable of the Lord as He prepares for our victory.

The alphabet represented this month is YUD meaning the appointed mercy from the hand of God. More than ever, Canada needs appointed mercy from the hand of God. It won’t be a political party, a leader or a government that will change the hearts of people - only God can. So, we declare over all Canadians the following scriptures to change our hearts, because we all need it!

Ezekiel 36:26 - “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”

1st Sam 10:9  - Then it happened when he turned his back to leave Samuel, God changed his heart and all those signs came about on that day.

Jeremiah 24:7  - “I will give them a heart to know Me, for I am the Lord, and they will be My people, and I will be their God, for they will return to Me with their WHOLE heart.”

Psalm 51:10  - Create in me a clean heart, O God and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

The Characteristics for the month of Elul are the following:

• The month the King is in the Field.

• The month to fix what has been broken.

• The month to run into the tower of might.

• The month to find your place in the company of the Lord.

How awesome, that our King wants to meet with us right where we are!  Let’s pray, that as Canadians go about their daily lives, that they would recognize AND receive the King as He is in their field. As they receive Him, that their lives and the things dear to them that were broken will be fixed. That they would now run into the tower of might and as they do, they would find their place in the family of God in Jesus name we pray.
