Men and women from all across our nation gathered this week in Kelowna, BC, at the Battle for Canada event. God was faithful to meet them there so He could once again release the prophetic voice in our country. As worship arose, they repented and stood in the gap for all Canadians.
“Without prophetic vision, the people run wild, but blessed are those who follow God’s teachings.” The KJV states,“ Where there is no vision, the people perish, but he that keeps the law, happy is he.”
Proverbs 29:18
Canada can once again be a nation of righteousness and justice. All throughout the old testament, the people flourished and stayed true to our God when they followed the prophets of the Lord. The stories tell that they were strong and able to influence their culture, having great advancements of His Kingdom on this earth. It is one of the ways God speaks and directs His people.
For the Lord God does nothing without revealing His secret to His servants the prophets.
Amos 3:7
The good news is that prophets are not people of worldly importance. They are people who have the heart of God, humble in spirit, obedient and faithful to our Lord. Like Moses their life statements are:
“If you aren’t going with us, please don’t make us leave this place.
Exodus 33:15
“But Lord, where would we go? No one but You gives us the revelation of eternal life.”
John 6:68
So, we release this Word over you Canada:
Thus said the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, you that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.
Zechariah 8:9
So the elders of the Jews (the Ekklesia of Canada) built, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah (the governor) the son of Iddo. And they built and finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel, and according to the command of Cyrus, Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia. Now the temple was finished on the third day of the month of Adar…
Ezra 6:14
Friday, February 28th is the 3rd day of the month of Adar and we seem to be strategically positioned on His timetable of building the temple of the Lord (that’s us!) in order to house His glory.
So, we thank you God that you have your people positioned all across our nation to release Your prophetic word for such a time as this. We call forth the righteousness of Jesus Christ that this nation was founded on to spring forth and canopy over us, exposing the darkness and extinguishing its chaos and noise. May Your glory light align hearts, minds, and emotions to call forth the eternity that is placed in the heart of every person. May deep call out to deep, so that our physical beings respond promptly to Your voice. Like the prodigal that “came to his senses”, out of his stupor, we will,
“Believe in the Lord our God and we shall be established; believe His prophets, and we shall prosper.”
2 Chronicles 20:20.
As we choose to believe Your word Lord, would You explode in all people their God given destiny to advance Your Kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven.
This year will be the year, that we, Your body can say to principalities and powers in high places
“You intended to harm me, but God intended it ALL for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people.”
Genesis 50:20
Let it be according to Your word. . . . AMEN
