Our Regional family gathered at Centralia Faith Tabernacle for The Ascent on Sunday, July 7 to worship, pray and intercede for our nation. These next posts will be unpacking the direction and revelation that came from these times in a series titled – Unlocking Our Voice.

The Lord wants to restore the voice of righteousness in Canada. What we need to remember is what’s found in Ephesians 6
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
We have the highest authority in this realm because Jesus gave it to us. This means we use our voice with strategic purpose to shape a nation in the courts of the King. He hands us the verdict and we make it happen. Agreement with His verdict is what shifts and changes.
It is very true that practical strategies are necessary, and a physical voice of righteousness needs to be heard throughout our land. But what we are speaking needs to be the directive of Heaven, from hearts aligned with the Father. And truthfully, we won’t all have access to speak to the law makers or policy writers in an influential way. But, we do all have access to the courts of Heaven and in the spiritual realm, we always have the ear of the King.
Let’s use our voice to join with the King’s decrees over our land.
Following this clip, we sang and agreed that the Lord was, “ripping off the muzzle”. We declared it over ourselves, over the Body of Christ in the region and the nation. Now is not the time to remain quiet before the King!
The roar from our inner man joined with the roar of the King shakes a nation. It confidently declares who God is and who He wants to be in this nation. We understand that unrighteousness is a recipe for hurt, pain and destruction because it goes against the original design and intent for the abundant life God has planned for humanity and divides us in our relationship with God. It’s important to note that the rest of the world does not see unrighteousness this way. In fact, they see it as a way to bring unity, equality and a fullness of life. Releasing a roar to the King releases a shaking and dismantles the powers and principalities that are seated in the heavenlies guarding and reinforcing this deception. It’s all about what’s happening in the heavenly realms.

Prayer activation
Let your roar out! Let it shake as you declare who your King is and what He’s capable of. His nature, His character, His truth. Ask for His heart so your roar is fueled by love, compassion and strength.
Declare that the Church of Canada will receive Her voice – clear and strong. Declare that the muzzle is ripped off.
Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal where you have agreed with unrighteousness. It takes humility to ask this question but there will likely be areas in all of us because of the constant societal pressure and messages that we hear every day. If He shows you areas you’ve agreed with, just repent! Break agreement and declare that His righteousness will be the standard in your life, in the Church’s life and in the nation of Canada.
